Professor James Lam appointed E-i-C of J Franklin Institute

Professor James Lam has taken up the Editor-in-Chief position of Journal of The Franklin Institute in 2014. The Journal evolved from 1825 as the American Mechanic’s Magazine, passing its readership in 1826 to The Franklin Institute with a new title The Franklin Journal under the patronage of the Franklin Institute. In 1828 The Franklin Institute acquired ownership of the journal and it became known as the Journal of The Franklin Institute. The Journal is the second oldest peer-reviewed science journal in the United States. Famous scientists like Alexander G. Bell, Thomas A. Edison, Max Planck, and Albert Einstein had published their research articles in the Journal.
